Jacob Kinyua

I have professionally carried out my duties being a holder of Bachelor of Commerce and Certified Public Accountant Graduate and a registered member of ICPAK.I am currently working in Kirinyaga University as an Accountant and Deputizing the Finance Officer.

I have worked in various sections in the finance department, Student finance, Payment section, Payroll section and currently head of Budgeting and Financial Reporting Section and Execution of the both Internal and External audit excise. The knowledge, skills and experience acquired over the Ten years in different sections in Finance Department, have enabled me to learn what it takes to ensure compliance to financial standards, setting internal control measures in an organization for excellence and smooth running of an organization.

I am interested in furthering my understanding by seeking new challenges in the accounting field. I would like to express my interest in consideration for a position at institution.
