• Quality monitoring and supervision of mechanical and electrical projects installations. Making sure that work is carried out to client’s standards, specifications, correct materials,  workmanship and schedules
• Project scoping and devlopment of Electrical and Mechanical Bill of Materials and Quantities , tender technical analysis
• Development and updating of technical drawings including site P&ID and electrical single line diagrams and equipment and machines layout
• Support in preparation of various projects documentations including development of Capital Business Paper, User Requirement Specifications, Project Completion Reviews among others as may be directed by the project managers from time to time

• Involved in successful scoping, installation, testing and commissioning of the following projects:

1. Project Trigger/UDV Blending Expansion for Mr. Dowell-Quality monitoring and supervision  of mechanical and electrical installation works, testing and commissioning, validation process for the project
2. New CIP Regime for CTs and DPVS (Fermentation vessels)- Scoping and BoQ development for mechanical and electrical power supply scope including tanks, pipework, instrumentation, tender analysis, supervision during installation stage, support during commissioning, validation(installation and operational qualification0 and PCR development
3. Upgrade of Enzyme Storage Cold Room- Scoping, tendering and supervision for decommissioning of existing equipment, Scoping for and supervision for electrical power supply for new equipment including cable sizing, Quality monitoring and supervision of new referigeration plant installation, testing and commissioning, handover, post handover monitoring during defect liability period
4. Upgrade of CO2 Recovery Plant( Ammonia Cooling Units/compressors complete with condensors)- Scoping, tendering and supervision for decommissioning of existing equipment, Scoping for and supervision for electrical power supply for new equipment including cable sizing, Quality monitoring and supervision of new  plant installation phase, supervision of installation, support in testing and commissioning for the new ammonia cooling plant
5. Involved in successful installation, testing and commissioning of the New Hot Water Storage Tanks; scoping, BQ development, and supervision of steam and condensate pipework and installation of new Pressure Reducing Station; Supervision of hot water pipework for tie ins; Supported in validation process for electrical, instrumentation and automation installation qualification protocol. Supervision of mechanical enabling works including relocation and commissioning of Bulk Caustic Tank 
6. Upgrade of Sugar Dissolving Plant and High Maltose Syrup Handling Plant-Quality monitoring, Supervision , Validation,
7. Survey on steam supply and calculation of annual steam loss in the entire plant and presenting it in terms of Heavy Fuel Oil cost 
8. Involved in design modification for the New Sugar Dissolving Plant especially in Relocation of the two hoppers and drainage enhancement of the area –mechanical design, supervision of electrical and mechanical works
9. Involved in validation of EABL water to waste water mass balance
