Duties and responsibilities.

Ensuring food safety and quality is achieved through implementation of Good manufacturing practices (GMP's), kaizen and ISO.

Monitoring the plant parameters and room conditions to ensure are within standards and promptly respond to any factor that may cause transgression.

Perform laboratory tests, e.g physio- chemical and organoleptic test to ensure that the products meet the set standards before packaging.

Assisting in any research and development work.

Inspecting and receiving raw materials from the supplier that meet the acceptance criteria on behalf of the company.

Ensuring all records are filled, updated and verified.
