Jackson Mudaka

I am a Kenyan citizen of 42 years of age, with fleet management experience in busy industries of more than 8years.

As transport supervisor in West Kenya and Butali Sugar my duties were to supervise and ensure good bundle weight cane delivery, eliminate careless driving, eliminate oil fuel theft, maximize utilization of fleets and productivity, minimize fuel consumption by winches, ensure zero units spend out, plan and ensure all units are maintained and are roadworthy, ensure transporting operations are in strict observation of the group health and safety rules and policies, the standard operating procedure to guarantee the safety of employees and equipment, maximize turnaround time trips per unit, attend farmers meeting and present transport-related issues and lastly, conduct performance reviews for drivers and their units.
