Quality Analyst inspect the work done by associates  to ensure it meets the standards of the quality. Analyzing the clients feedback to determine validation and required intervention . Give feedback on correcting measures to be taken during production steps. 

General Assistant (AAR insurance company) - prepare and serving tea twice a day and issuing medical cards of different clients to their respective agents and making sure to enter data of the issued cards for future reference . Entrusted to take checks to the bank and finally making sure the kitchen  and store are  neatly organizing at all times (Intern 3 weeks)
