1. (2022-2023) Organisation: Jumia- Kenya. 

Position: customer service assistant. 

Roles: 

• Processing orders and transactions. 

• Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems. 

• handling complaints to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty. 

2. (2019) Attachment at KALRO SUGAR RESEARCH INSTITUTE; based in pathology lab and biotechnology lab. Responsibilities: 

• Conducted DNA isolation extraction and quantification, PCR and gel electrophoresis. • Analysed Nematodes pathogenicity on sugarcane. 

• Conducted Field works (data collection). 

• Biotechnology (tissue culture especially preparing plant tissue culture for both banana and sugarcane. • Quantification of microbes from samples.

3. (2019) Volunteered with the Water Keeper’s Alliance in the global marine litter data collection which partnered with KEPHIS in clearing Plastic in water bodies and its nearest environment. 

4. (2019) Volunteered at KESREF (SUGAR RESEARCH INSTITUTE).
