 Performance Highlights:

•  Performed user and unit tests on the Karibu Welcome system leading to 50 website changes to increase user flow and understanding. 
• Designed 42 posters using Adobe XD for various Kozi Technology sample organizations acting as reference material for users. Offered IT support for clients when creating their QR codes. 
• Liaised with the design team, web developer and security expert to ensure efficient and timely delivery of significant projects.

Performance Highlights: 

• Successfully built and maintained a logistics web application used by Emissary Logistics, Kenya in tracking goods which increased their visibility by 50%. 
• Created content for the e-learning web application used by ACIM, Kenya in registration of new students and e-learning, this in turn cut down paperwork by 75%. 
• Provided first-level support in troubleshooting technical issues, performed OS installation and conducted preventative maintenance increasing the availability of the systems.
