I just completed my 6-month contract with Wazury Real Estate(Nairobi) as a customer care representative. My responsibilities included communicating with customers and creating brand awareness. I also was responsible for updating clients on our latest services and closing sales.

I worked with safaricom (Eldoret) for a period of 6 months as a customer care representative. I was responsible for handling calls from customers and working with the team in handling their queries.
