Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong commercial perspective. I have a decade of total work experience in business development and five years of talent acquisition expertise in sub-Saharan Africa. My expertise lies in strategy formulation and implementation, talent sourcing and acquisition, creating a positive candidate experience, and optimizing the hiring and onboarding processes to ensure we achieve consistent results. 

Working in fast-paced, ever-improving environments, interacting with executive stakeholders on difficult challenges, translating visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals, and delivering results are all things I enjoy.
