I have a decade of total work experience in business development and five years of talent acquisition expertise in sub-Saharan Africa. My expertise lies in strategy formulation and implementation, talent sourcing and acquisition, creating a positive candidate experience, and optimizing the hiring and onboarding processes to ensure we achieve consistent results.
