Ian Kiragu

I am a resourceful and dedicated individual with skills relevant to Data extraction and transformation and Loading. I Leverage on my gathered skills in data intensive environments with the use of my technical skills across MYSQL, Excel, Python and technologies alike. I am a good communicator, adaptable to various work environments and have experience in reporting to Senior management.

I am a resourceful and dedicated individual with proven time-management and collaborative skills developed through team projects, diverse work environments. In my first shot at employment during my University period, I started off as an IT Infrastructure and support intern where I gathered skills in Computer hardware and support of company utilized software. I also picked up some experience in communication for I was exposed to a help desk. I later transitioned to the field of data where I landed a 12 month internship as a Business/Data analyst intern, through which I gathered skills in Strategic planning, Presentation and reporting to senior management. Furthermore, I grew in my skill path and was able to gain proficiency in a data intensive environment which helped me pick up skills in Excel/Google sheets, MYSQL, Python Programming and various Data Visualization tools.

I graduated from Strathmore university with an Undergraduate Degree in Informatics and Computer Science.
