A hard-working and knowledgeable person with a desire and aspiration to use my acquired skills and knowledge in engineering field to help organizations and the society realize their goals and cultivate a culture of sustainable development within our environment. 

1. As a Mechanization Supervisor at Kwale International Sugar Company Ltd, I have gained practical experience in the following:

• planning and supervising daily land preparation and tillage operations.
• planning, overseeing, monitoring and supervised daily fuel allocation for various tillage operations.
• ensuring tillage implements and tractors attained the desired daily output.
• raising defect notes for repair of implements, tractors and heavy machineries.
• preparing and analyzed reports on tillage output in relevance to the allocated fuel.
• participating in tractors and implements calibration.
• compiling and analyzing harvesting data.
• preparing service and maintenance records of company fleet.
• updating workshop Machine Status and Purchase Requisition-Purchase Order (PR-PO) status.
• participating in administrative duties. 

 I also acquired skills and knowledge in environmental impact assessment, soil mechanics, mechanical engineering, workshop technology, farm power and machinery and land preparation, use and planning.

I Underwent training of trainees’ course by Uwezo Fund and later worked with the county government under Uwezo fund as a trainer and Supervisor of women Group, youth groups and people with disability in 2014.

I was Employed as a Field Supervisor at Teita Sisal Estate, Taita Taveta County from 2015 to 2018 where I was in charge of tillage operations, generating and analysis of reports and data for the sisal plantations.

From End of 2018 to early 2019, I was employed as an Assistant Process Manager, General Mills (based at Mariakani) where I supervised processing of Wheat Flour.

I was Employed by Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS) as Content Supervisor during the 2019 Census.

I was Employed by Platinum credits as the sales executive in 2019.

I am Employed as a Mechanization Supervisor at Kwale International Sugar Company Ltd since December 2019 to Date.
