I am a Mathematical scientist by training and Studies , Telesales officer by experience, Data entry and Verification by experience and Customer Service provider by experience.
I have a cumulative experience of upto 3 years having worked both in corporate organizations Where I gained soft skills and strengthened my hard skills. I am a good communicator with mastery spanning three key languages, English, Swahili and Luhya, I also have good interpersonal skills, persuasive. I also have wider experience with computer knowledge as a data Clerk, I am well versed with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analytical work.
My skills were gained through both training and experience having worked Unicaf as Telesales officer, at Rivercross as Customer support Executive and Data entry and analysis at Icare school of first aid.
