Currently working at Watu as an Branch Administrator have also worked as an Asset Finance Officer/Loans Officer-Sales processing customer loans on Mifos system,performing accurate KYC,and financing .
Have worked with Bamburi cement(Nairobi) Fleet Management Centre as a Fleet Coordinator and Supervisor .Was tasked to managing a team of 12 tracking assistants,registration cleeks and Inspection Marshals.My role included Assigning orders to all empty trucks at the yard,monitoring the trucks on transit and ensuring safe and timely delivery of cement to customers and receipt of raw materials at the Raw material plant, Continuously monitoring movement of trucks[24hr] In Vehicle Monitoring[IVMS] ensuring there is no deviation of loaded trucks,creating geofences,Raising tickets on faulty GPS.
Generating all the breakdown of each truck movement at the end of the month to calculate the mileage and amount to pay the transporters/subcontractors, submitting hourly reports of the realtime locations of trucks to the Logistics Manager,replaying truck movement using GPS systems,raising ticket on non-updating trackers,inducting new drivers,incharge of weekly toolbox talks,initiating and closing journey plans,taking disciplinary measures on violating drivers.
In addition to my formal education, I grasp fresh concepts quickly and can easily adapt to new changes
