Duties andResponsibilities

Disassembling and assembling of all the mechanical components (gears,sprocket transmission belts, bearings, pumps) of machines and equipment for repair and maintenance.
Undertake a variety of mechanical fitting duties, maintain production machineries, fit/ assembly of mechanical  components making use of appropriate machinery /hand tools, design and fabrication of machine components.
Maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including; high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, conveyor systems, air compressors, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems,  pressure equipment, gearboxes, generators,Blow fill seal(BFS) Machines

Performed maintenance of pumps, filling,capping and labeling machines, conveyors and utilities such as boilers, air compressors, ETP etc
Reported breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to management.
Performed machinery modification and support the implementation of TPM in the factory.
Prepared and implement machinery maintenance schedule for all machinery within the factory.
