I have been working as a research assistant at MOVE ON AFRIKA located at Komarock  Phase 5B.

Duties

• Compiling, sorting, and organizing data to be entered into the spreadsheets.
• Carrying out literature searches, engaging in fieldwork activities, and maintaining files for project research. 
• Transcription and transcript review
• Data collection using ONA data collection tool.
• Conducting Key Informant interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs).
• Inputting texts and data from documents into spreadsheets.
• Paying attention to detail and inputting data correctly and accurately.
• Attending fieldwork training
• Engaging in fieldwork piloting.
• Ensuring confidentiality and research ethics in collecting and handling data. 
• Crosschecking and verifying data keyed into the databases for accuracy.
• Correcting incorrectly entered data.
• Guiding research assistants on data tasks to ensure quality and timely project completion
• Developing comment matrices for reports.
• Maintaining and updating workflow records regarding work completed and work pending.
• Filling, photocopying, labeling ,and organizing Zoom meetings

Bachelor of Science in Community Resource Management
