I am a Broadcast Journalist Professional with progressive working experience in different sectors. I am proficient in communication, planning, leadership, promoting conflict resolution and at the same time I aim to promote inclusivity, diversity and tolerance. I have a record of accomplishment in planning, leading and managing projects. My contribution and success have been achieved by having a clear understanding of internal and external stakeholders’ needs to execute practical solutions. I pride at being a self-starter with initiative, drive and the capacity to spot potential and deploy it. I intend to use my skills and expertise gained over the years to continue serving under people development.

My career journey has also exposed me to different roles, including my recent experience as a Digital Marketing Intern at Konza Technopolis, where I have been actively involved in client engagement, sales, and project management. In addition, I have worked as a Business Development Officer at Jujaya Media, where I honed my skills in identifying market opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies.

Furthermore, I have experience in content inspection and review, ensuring that content adheres to journalistic values and company guidelines during my time at Transcooper Limited (Scooper News). This experience has strengthened my attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

In my previous roles, I have demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, effective personnel management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. My proficiency in computer systems and software, as well as my organizational and planning abilities, have allowed me to excel in project management and meet deadlines consistently.

With a Bachelor of Journalism (Broadcast Journalism Option) degree from Multimedia University of Kenya and a strong passion for effective communication, I have developed proficiency in various aspects of the field. My educational background has equipped me with excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Kiswahili. Moreover, my experience working as a Broadcast Journalist has honed my ability to connect with diverse audiences and tell compelling stories.
