Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing bedside nursing in a medical ward.
Documentation through keep of patients records and ensuring a continual care and assessments.
Patient management prioritization of care by use of the nursing process care plan.
Feeding of patients on Nasogastric tubes and PEG tubes.
Monitoring turning charts and Input output charts
Assisting the doctors during ward rounds.
Following up with patient care with my colleagues and the patient’s doctors.
