•Develop and interpret sketches, draughts, designs for efficient execution by partners and for use by clients; •Complete and submit required regulatory documents to accompany project submissions; •Squaring dimensions and abstracting for the preparation of quotations and bills of quantities •Preparation of technical specifications; •Assisting in the preparation of payment certificates, cost estimates and bills of quantities; •Assist in carrying out contract supervision, documentation and monthly valuations on site supported by our partners; •Recommends any suggestions/improvements to influence wider decision making via appropriate channels; •Assist in the review of the business model as well as company e-commerce platform; •Resolves day to day issues, or identifies matters that require escalating between clients and partners; 

I do hold a completion letter for Bachelor’s degree in Building and Civil Engineering from Technical University of Mombasa and recommendation letters from my previous attachments.
