Experience
I worked at Precious Cottage Medical Center as a receptionist for nine months. My main responsibilities were meeting and greeting clients, booking meetings, answering and forwarding calls, keeping the reception area tidy with all the necessary stationaries and refreshments, directing clients and making the clients feel welcome and comfortable.
Education
I attended University Of Kabianga for my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of science in Communication and Public Relations from the year 2017 to 2021.
I also enrolled for an online diploma in Customer Service in March 2023 .
