It is with great interest that I present my application for the above position. I pride myself to be a presentable lady, who is self-motivated, with an excellent spirit in serving people and a fast learner. 

I have experience in administrative roles, Customer Service and Marketing with Bachelors in Co-operative Business and a concentration in Marketing background from Co-operative University of Kenya. I am a good communicator both verbally and in written form- Swahili and English, Excellent customer relations skills, organized, team player and able to multitask.

In my recent experience I served as a customer care executive and a marketing representative at Shoppers Sacco. In my role I was able to recruit new members into the Sacco, following up on defaulters, members retention, convert  members into active and  assist the existing members with a different inquires as they came.  I was able to successfully create Business Plans, assess market trends, negotiate terms and close deals. 

 I also managed the, created content for social media in regards to creating awareness on Shoppers Sacco and other areas that are part of the organizations core agendas/business. I was able to increase visibility for the organization and even rekindle past partnerships.

I will bring a resourceful, hardworking and flexible attitude to this role. I strongly believe past experience allows me to bring a wealth of experience geared towards a positive outcome of organization. My resume outlines my specific qualifications in greater detail as it relates to the position.
