I have managed complex logistics operations and developed strategies to optimize supply chain performance. I have also been responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and resolving supplier issues. Additionally, I have been tasked with developing and implementing policies to ensure the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. My team and I have tracked and monitored performance metrics such as cost, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
