Strong background in managing impact for sustainable development programmes since 2007 while acquiring diverse experiences in initiatives that address economic, social, political and environmental issues for various clients including UBS Optimum Foundation, The Galileo Foundation, Shell Foundation, Credit Suisse Foundation, Gatsby Charitable Foundation, Google, African Development Bank (AfDB), World Bank, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), International Climate Finance (ICF), Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Mastercard Foundation, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Embassy of the Netherlands, among others. Applied various concepts while drawing from best practice including the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF), ICF measurement methodologies, Anticipated Impact Measurement and Monitoring (AIIM) system, Global Impact and Investing Network (GIIN) - IRIS+, Impact Management Project (IMP), Operating Principles for Impact Management, Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) Standard, OECD-DAC Evaluation Criteria and the Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) approach. Experiences span across 22 sectors in over 33 countries, with recent assignments focused on leading activities and teams from ground-up, including mobilization and training of staff and partners on best practice.
