My name is Hannah Mwangi,I have a diploma in front office operations,with over ten years in hospitality industry.
During my service,I acquired skills such as problem solving ,communication kills relevant to the position am applying for.
I have technical skills in Fidelio,Opera, Hotelogix Hotelogix and computer applications.
Currently I worked for Accor Hotels as a duty manager in Qatar during FIFA world cup last year.

Experience
I have worked in a five star hotel named Nairobi Safari Club for over five years as a front office agent and and later worked as a guest relations officer's for over ten years in the same hotel.
I have also worked with Accor hotels (Qatar) as a duty manager .
Education
I have a diploma In front office operations.
I have a customer care certification from Kenya Utalii College and a certification for quality customer service from Effective Customer Training center.
