Position : IT support engineer
Duties:
 Ensure that all of the computer systems were set up and
working properly.
 Troubleshoot on all hardware and software to resolve all
issues and maintain all network connections.
 Settings up the peripherals such as printers, scanners and
photocopiers to work on the network.

Coordinate with staff to install and configure all desktop and
laptop computers

Identify and resolve all hardware and software issues and
monitor all requests and documents all support tickets.
 Repairing and upgrading equipment and peripherals.
 Install and configure all client software and hardware on
windows servers and train all users to use all network
programs appropriately and provide back up support.

Position : IT support engineer
Duties:
 Interacting with complex ERP system and providing
technical support to the staff and the users.
 Provide functional and technical support to ensure
performance, operation and stability of database systems.
 Respond to database related queries and issues in a
timely fashion.
 Working closely with company developers to help in fixing systems bugs to ensure all systems are working perfectly to satisfy clients and users needs.
 Provide detailed test plan in order to support functional
testing

 Prepare documentations of all database procedures and
guidelines.
 Monitor database activities on daily basis to ensure the
reliability and security of databases.
 Assist in optimizing database for operational and
performance efficiency.
 Writing disaster recovery plans.
 Providing user training and support feedback.
