I’m passionate about empowering communities through sustainable projects, especially in the Blue Economy, and I enjoy mentoring young people and women to become change agents.

Outside work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and learning new skills that connect people and ideas.

I am a results-driven professional with over 16 years of experience in human resources, administration, customer experience, credit analysis, and compliance. My career at Standard Chartered Bank strengthened my skills in recruitment, performance management, executive support, and client satisfaction. I bring proven expertise in risk assessment, process improvement, and regulatory compliance, alongside strong leadership and organizational abilities. Beyond banking, I have applied my skills to community-based initiatives in the Blue Economy and health sectors, with a focus on sustainable development, women and youth empowerment, and donor engagement.

I hold a strong educational foundation in business and management, with training in human resources, credit risk analysis, and compliance from banking career.  I have complemented this with continuous professional development in project management, governance, and community development, equipping me to bridge corporate expertise with grassroots initiatives in the Blue Economy and health sectors.
