I have achieved skills and knowledge in my nursing career on helping my patients improve in health and getting a good outcome. My strength is to understand my patients needs. What I am looking for is a company/organisation that I can add value to and produce to help it grow and expand.
Experience
Its been 5 years since graduating, through my work no two days have been the same, you see the difference your work is making on patients and their families. I gained strengths on communication skills, empathy and understanding, ability to adapt to change, flexibility and team work.
An example is during resuscitation I demonstrated team work and maintain calm and composed in maintaining stress and pressure.
