My  name is Grace Gakuru and I am currently working as a HR assistant in Vegro group.I believe my qualifications and skills are a perfect match for this job.I am diligent,self-disciplined and committed to lifelong learning and I genuinely want to build a successful career in this industry.

Outside work,I keep myself fit and active so my concetration  and energy levels are always high.My strengths included flexibility,my fast pace of work and my adaptability to change.

Experience

I have been with my current company for a significant amount of time and I feel that i have learned and grown as much as i can in my current role.During this period I was able to gain knowledge and skills in the key roles of human resource management like payroll administration,recruitment,disciplinary handling just to mention a few.

Education

I am a good fit for this position because I have the necessary qualifications to excel in this role.In the year 2020 I enrolled in Rift valley institute of science and technology where i graduated with a diploma in human resource management after.
