Responsibilities include; - Ass Care Coordinator-Takaful Insurance of Africa.

• Controlling risk and reduced claim costs via coordinating the team in provision of prudent case management through hospital visits, referral assistance, and adherence to service level benchmarks.
• Initiating engagement and enrolling provider hospitals and specialists into company panel, resulting in negotiated procedure packages, including maternity cases, adenotonsilectomy, and orchidopexy.
• Conserving claim expenditure by:

- Assessing bills during admission and discharge to ensure treatment is consistent with illness and cost for items are in line with the market rate.

- Ensure hospitals and doctors adhere to admission procedures/ cost guidelines.

- Organized approval and counterchecking of the bills forwarded for payment.

- Monitor benefit utilization for schemes and communicate with the relevant parties
