In my years of experience, my practice has shown me the importance of working as part of a team. I have been able to build relationships with doctors, nurses, assistants and other members of the health care team. My regular responsibilities include analysing patient information, managing their overall wellbeing, creating treatment plans and monitoring them for effectiveness and educating patients on healthy lifestyle habits
