Gloria Wambui Muguimi is a highly skilled and performance-driven professional with 4 years of experience in handling psychological challenges through the art of guidance and counselling. My ability to ensure orderliness and efficient record keeping has seen me carry out my role as a counsellor effectively. More to this, I have implemented organizational objectives and goals in meeting the needs of the mental health of people in the organizations I have worked in. I believe my skill set and experience in working within different kinds of environment will help me stand out. I desire to secure a position in your organization as a social worker or counsellor. with the objective of ensuring efficiency through improving employee engagement and company operations, as their mental health will be taken into consideration. • Assessment and monitoring- by helping special needs students and academically challenged students with understanding their classwork.
• Quality assessment- Identified and removed classroom and facility safety hazards, through this I ensured the safety of the children in the playground.
