Experience
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the company through accurate and timely
processing of customer transactions including loan collection, queries, complaints,
referrals, etc.
- Works with the business team to maintain a clean database of customers and
necessary documentation.
- Keeping daily records of customer complaints, queries, etc. and using this information
to be proactive in addressing customer needs.
- Maintains a complete understanding of the company products and services at all
- times and has sufficient knowledge to discuss product attributes fully and confidently
- Develop and maintain a relationship with new and existing customers in order to
- capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell organization products.
- Undertake proactive promotion to enhance the awareness of company products and
- services when dealing with clients on phone or walk-in.
- Responsible for making referrals to the business development team as the
opportunity arises for existing and potential customers to utilize company products
and services.
- Picking customer calls in a timely manner and ensuring they are recorded
Handling the interview process for call-in clients (while complying to all relevant
policies of the company
