• Contribute to the efficient operation of the company through accurate and timely

processing of customer transactions including loan collection, queries, complaints,

referrals, etc.

• Works with the business team to maintain a clean database of customers and

opportunity arises for existing and potential customers to utilize company products

and services.

• Picking customer calls in a timely manner and ensuring they are recorded
