As a experienced culinary I am able  to lead and manage, work under pressure and perform well in a fast paced environment.I have worked for a night shift at fairview hotel  for 2 years experience I have managed to control the kitchen with no supervision. I have worked in finedining, breakfast section, hot kitchen,saucer,Italian cuisine, buffet section.I have leand alot,I am able to prepare different type of meals,I am so persionate about my job and enjoying to get better. I have a diploma in Food Production where I took my studies at Amboseli Institute ,I graduate on June 2018 .  I am proffecional in providing different type of cuisines and preparation of the menu.i know to read and speak in German.
