I love project management, project management is critical in all organizations and also in the projects that are in the process of implementation. Project management plays the following very important roles in both organizations and projects;
1. Strategic alignment-Project management is important because it ensures what is being delivered, is right, and will deliver real value against the business opportunity.
2. Leadership-Project management is important because it brings leadership and direction to projects and organizations.
3. Clear Focus & Objectives-Project management is important because it ensures a proper plan for executing strategic goals.
4. Realistic Project Planning-Project management is important because it ensures proper expectations are set around what can be delivered, by when, and for how much.

Over the last 1 year working as a project manager, I've gotten the opportunity to practice all of the above-mentioned roles of project management during the execution of different projects where most of the projects have been successful.


I love IT(Information Technology) because I believe this is the direction that the world is heading to, and that's why I am studying various IT courses through various channels such as Coursera. I've also had an opportunity to serve as the IT help desk in the following ways:

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
3. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
4. Providing technical support whenever needed.
5. Setting up accounts for new users.
6. Repairing and replacing some equipment as necessary.
