I have been working in the restaurant industry for the past 1 year, and I have a strong passion for providing excellent customer service.

In my previous role at Breeze Hotel I was responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Taking orders and processing payments
  • Preparing and serving food and drinks
  • Cleaning and maintaining the dining area
  • Upselling and cross-selling menu items

I have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. I am always friendly and welcoming, and I go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a positive dining experience. I am also a fast learner and I am able to adapt to new situations quickly.

I am confident that I have the skills and experience necessary to be a successful Restaurant Team Member.I am a hardworker and I am always willing to learn new things. I am also a team player and I am able to work well under pressure.

Supported the kitchen staff in food preparation and maintaining cleanliness.

Assisted in organizing and executing events, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Learned and implemented standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality service.

I was a trainee for the period of four months where i was rotated through the reastuarant, kitchen,housekeeping and front office.Assisted in various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food service, and events.
