I have been working in the restaurant industry for the past 1 year, and I have a strong passion for providing excellent customer service.

In my previous role at Breeze Hotel I was responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking orders and processing payments
• Preparing and serving food and drinks
• Cleaning and maintaining the dining area
• Upselling and cross-selling menu items

I have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. I am always friendly and welcoming, and I go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a positive dining experience. I am also a fast learner and I am able to adapt to new situations quickly.

I was a trainee throughout the various departments of the hotel where i gained a significant amount of experience on hotel operations.Assisted in various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food service, and events.
