I am a Microsoft certified Engineer whose self-motivated, enthusiastic, confident and a team player with technical experience in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering and Information Technology.

In the ICT field I have 5+ years of diverse IT Experience with all phases of software development life cycle (SDLC), involved in designing, developing, integrating and implementing, software applications based on Microsoft 365 technologies and building multi - tiered architectures. I also have experience in Cloud Infrastructure management and Implementation (ARM and ASM), experience provisioning AWS and Azure solutions and services, experience in Azure infrastructure management (Azure Storage, Azure AD and Office365), experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams, experience working with Globally distributed teams. Moreover, I have created technical specifications to include prototypes, proof of concepts, use cases, sequence diagrams.

I have worked as Functional Consultant for requirements gathering and validation by interacting with the business users of various applications. I also have a proven track record of success in designing and implementing technology solutions that improve business efficiency. In my previous roles, I successfully led the development and implementation of over 14 enterprise projects. This has streamlined business processes and improved communication and collaboration among different organizations. Furthermore, I have knowledge in IPV4, VLANS, Cyber Security, IOE (Internet of Everything), DHCP, DNS and the principles of routing & switching. I also have knowledge in setting up and Deployment of Microsoft products such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Server 2012R2/2016/2019/2022, Enterprise Mobility, System Centre Configuration Manager.
