Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Scheduling interviews with pensioners.

2. Conducting face to face interviews with the pensioners using Computer-assisted personal tool.

2) Industrial attachment- Procurement and Supply Chain.

Organization: Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation (September 2021 to January 2021).

Duties and Responsibilities.

1. Preparing the department’s requisitions for consumables e.g., office stationery etc. 

2. Receiving, Issuing and monitoring departmental stock.

3. Preparing LPOs.

4. Preparing and maintenance of stock records.

5. Maintaining records of purchases, pricing and other important data.

6. Supplier quotations analysis.

7. Reviewing and analyzing all vendors, supply and price options.

8. Ensuring vendors’ invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.

9. Receiving inventories from the suppliers.

10. Evaluation of tenders.
