  • Certification in Linux and CCNA
  • Over 9 years of experience in ICT maintenance and as an ICT officer
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols
  • Experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, network switches, and routers
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, such as Office 365 or G Suite
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across various software and hardware systems
