Administration with a concentration in Finance. I am delighted to propose my

Duties:

•  Process bill of lading of loaded trucks for onward transfer to the Kenya Revenue 
  Authority (KRA) for producing a gate pass
• Monitor sealing of trucks according to the seal plan
•  Ensure trucks are parked properly in accordance to the safety procedures while waiting to be cleared
•  Ensure loaded trucks to be released go through the security checks before leaving the premises
• Compute the daily loading report of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) 
• Compute the operations processes timing report
• Compute the pending transit trucks report
• Compute the entry balances report
