Am recently working as a shift leader in the front office department at Gelian hotel in Machakos town.

I was working there as a front desk agent and later promoted due to my exemplary performance.

I have gained all of experience and confidence I handling guests. Due to meeting different manner of customers,I have mastered the art of handling guest issues and solving their problems.

Previously I have babe attached in high Rankin hotels and resorts which provided a concrete base for my hospitality career.

I have a bachelors degree in Hotel Management.

I have a basic knowledge of what happens in all the other departments in the hotel sector.

I have also enrolled for a certification in ' basic supervisory skills and management course at Kenya Institute of Management in Machakos branch.
