Fredrick Juma

Am graduate in Telecommunications Engineering with KNEC Diploma from the National Youths Service Engineering Institute. Have worked in the Telecommunications radio and fiber optic installations on behalf of liquid Telecom since year 2006 and lately also with Telkom Kenya ltd under subcontracted companies.

I've been a technical head for over 7 years in one of the subcontractor companies namely Icon Telesec Services Ltd in charge of coordination of field teams, supervision and training of technical staffs.

I did do installations  for safaricom, zuku and Huawei companies while at Icon and have been trained on safety matters as well as first aid administration severally.

Over the 12 years in the industry, I've become passionate in giving the client good quality installations and service that guarantees good customer satisfaction beyond their expectations.

Technical officer - have worked in different companies across board as a technician, Technical head of department and consultant in the field of Telecommunications installations of CPE's, fault diagnosis & maintenances.
