I am a pragmatic Architect and Project Manager with 12 years of comprehensive experience in the building and construction industry overseeing residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional construction projects, most recently the Qwetu Purpose Built Student Housing in Nairobi. I have extensive expertise in architectural design, construction and project management as well as budget analysis, planning and forecasting. I have been able to deliver various projects ahead of schedule and well within the approved budgets while implementing stringent quality control and assurance measures.

In addition, I have also developed detailed project plans and applied innovative building solutions that have led to significant reduction on building costs within projects. I have also implemented strict HSSE guidelines within construction sites that have led to a significant reduction in on-site injuries and zero deaths. I have an excellent understanding of the building codes, zoning laws and accepted industry construction standards. I am also well-versed in contract negotiations and resource allocation strategies.
