Fred Calistous

A result-oriented Civil Engineering Graduate with both internship and work experience. Keen to bring on board my practical and theoretical knowledge of the engineering profession, principles, specifications, and standards. I possess demonstrated skills with the ability to design site layouts from conception through completion alongside being proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D programs. I am able to perform roles that include but are not limited to design, planning, scheduling, and health and safety programs.

I have both attachment and work experience, the latter spanning about 36 months on an Ethiopian project with a German company based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Geometric highway design and detailing using AutoCAD and Civil 3D;
• Preparation of working drawings, schedules and book of drawings;
• Computation of highway pavement quantities;
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ);
• Intelligent Transport System (Traffic Signaling).
