Frankline Obiero

I have had the opportunity to practice my nutrition skills throughout my career at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital in 2018 and Gertrude's Children's Hospital, Muthaiga in 2019. In both of these settings, I played a crucial role as a nutrition officer intern and volunteer at Embakasi Health Centre for more than 2 years. Given my extensive expertise working as a nutrition and dietetics officer providing in-patient and out-patient malnutrition care, diet prescription and modification, nutrition support, nutrition counseling, and education, working at the Comprehensive Care Clinic; providing best nutrition support to people living with HIV. Furthermore, I worked at a TB/chest clinic in which I supported TB patients' nutritional needs in order to enhance their quality of life and manage the adverse effects of their TB drugs in conjunction to other issues. I am certain that I can help my patients in need. I've also taken part in a number of medical outreach programs and camps, which makes me the greatest person for this job.

In 2011, I completed my Kenya Certificate of Primary Education at Lake Primary School where I managed to graduate with a mean grade of B+. I later enrolled at Kisumu Boys' High School in 2012 where did my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education in 2015 and managed to graduate with a mean grade of B+. In 2016, I was enrolled at The Technical University of Kenya where I managed to graduate with a Second Class Honors Upper Division in BSc. Human Nutrition and Dietetics in 2022.
