I am a self-driven person who is God fearing and I believe in hard work and working smart to achieve results.  I am confident of my ability to offer excellent time management skills, attention to detail and proficiency in performing Human Resource and Administrative functions. I am a result-oriented person and I draw pleasure in achieving or accomplishing tasks especially challenging tasks.  I am a quick learner and I will give it my all to have myself master a skill and be able to deliver efficiently and effectively. I believe in team work and mentoring as way of giving other people opportunity to show case what they have and also be able to have an all inclusive team that work towards achieving a common goal.

I am God fearing and I believe people are unique in their own ways and everyone has something of value to offer hence I try to be patient with people and give a listening ear as much as possible.  I am fulfilled when am able to bring a change into someone's life hence the choice of Human Resource Management as my profession.

I  supervise allocation of office accommodation for staff by ensuring all staff are comfortable in their respective offices. 

I develop training needs assessment and implement training programs, monitoring staff performance and conduct performance appraisal.

Assist Manager Human Resource & Administration in handling employee disputes, grievances and complaints

Develop annual work plans 

Use of Integrated Management system (SAP) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to process annual leave, imprest, payments 

Manage and carry out data analysis to provide management and clients with accurate information and reports for efficient planning and decision making.
