Francis Waithaka

I am a graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting option) degree, CPA K, Certificate in Computerized Accounting and work experience in this field for more than twenty years as a Finance Manager, Financial Accountant and five years as an Auditor, I am applying for the above position to employ my knowledge and experience with the intention of securing a professional career with opportunity for challenges and career advancement, while gaining knowledge of new skills and expertise.

During these years I equipped myself with managing day-to day accounting operations, all accounting functions, which includes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, preparations of management accounts, budgeting, final accounts, auditing in line with compliance to local regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and providing administrative support to the management. Strong aptitude with accounting packages like AX Dynamics, Microsoft Dynamics D365, Sage, Pastel, Quick Books, Tally. ERP9 and MS Office packages like Access, Excel, PowerPoint and MS words helps me in decent and organized representation of my accounts work and working with NGOs during my auditing time.

1. Bachelor of Commerce in accounting

2. CPAK
 

 Experience: 22 years in this field

1. Finance Manager in East Africa Region covering Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and also Ethiopia, Angola and Nigeria

2. Auditing experience both in private and public sector

3. Accountant both in manufacturing and trading companies
