About Francis Lambi Lambi:

I will help you in team training, policy formulation, project planning, budget calculation, resource allocation, revenue generation, project execution, monitoring and evaluation of the project using high-end project management tools/software. My rates are not fixed and we can always negotiate.

I am an Operations & Project Manager/Project Coordinator and a Team Leader with over 8 years’ experience in a fast-paced organization in the BPO, Law, technology, education and the medical industry.

Experience

I have an extensive work experience as a team lead/project lead and a project manager for the last 4 years in a BPO set up. 

I bring my expertise in using various project management tools to ensure smooth, efficient and effective business operations while ensuring cost cutting and quality are not compromised but ensuring Customer satisfaction is key.

Education

Bachelors Degree in B.Com and specializing on Management Science.
