- I successfully resolved frustrated customer's issues by actively listening, taking ownership of the problem, providing a clear plan of action, and keeping them informed, resulting in their satisfaction and appreciation for my exceptional customer services.
- Solved issues experienced by visitors such as photocopying their documents and helped them allocate different offices as they alighted the institution.
- Provided clerical and general administrative support to officers within the section
