1.A.     2008-2010.   KENYA DEFENCE FORCES (K.D.F).

Work in Military and Kenya Defence forces as Ranger Special Forces, a special
agent with the military intelligence counterterrorism divisions , Criminal and Homicide

1. Six Months managing of 148 recruits as an instructor and training and induction on the job training to ensure that they observe and maintain high level of security standard.

3 .Contributes to creation of positive image and overall credibility of the military through code of conduct, ethics and values.

5 .Participating in vetting of potential recruits in line with defence policy.

Regional Security Intelligence Officer.


Duties and Responsibilities.

Plan, organize, conduct and manage investigations of cases of alleged misconduct, malfeasance, mismanagement, fraud, corruption, waste of resources, sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), sexual harassment, and violations of K.d.f  Regulations and Rules.
Lead and supervise a team of investigators and coordinate the investigative activities of team members; define the parameters and timetable of an investigation.


Decide on the investigative tools to be employed; gather evidence; prepare testimony for tribunals; obtain and review pertinent documentation.


Conduct interviews and take statements; analyses facts, determine findings and formulate recommended corrective measures and related disciplinary and jurisdictional actions; draft reports and communications and Collaborate with other investigators and staff members.

Regional Security Investigator/Threat Intelligence Research Manager.

Duties and responsibilities.

1. To identify and curb marine challenges or threats for countries sharing Indian Ocean along eastern Africa coast, and to improve legal institutional framework to govern marine zones and also for the delimitation of marine zones like 
Illegal fishing
Piracy
Terrorism
Arms smuggling and trafficking
Drug smuggling and trafficking
Mineral smuggling and trafficking human trafficking
Money laundering and smuggling.
2. Studying the opinion of stakeholders in major ports of the Indian Ocean on a variety of capacity building security exercise.
3. Assisting Cutlass Express in multinational maritime training a long Indian Ocean among Sudan, Eritrea, Djibouti, Somali, Kenya, Tanzania, Comoros, Seychelles, Madagascar, Mozambique and Mauritius.

4.To enable participating nations collaborate, Coordinate, Cooperate and communications among participating nations by helping in capacity building, intelligence sharing, planning and executing joint operations to enhance marine security.

5. To identify conflicts specifically those in countries along Indian Ocean and give early warning of potential conflicts their prevention and to ensure that there is a credible and robust crisis and security response capacity for all Cutlass Express Staffs based in and visiting the region.

6. Act as the Cutlass Express Focal point for security, liaising with AFRICOM delegations, National authorities and others as deemed appropriate.

7. Manage a security and information network in countries along Indian Ocean Region, relying on established sources and contacting in order to provide accurate and relevant information regarding the security (political) situation on the ground.

8. Ensure workable and emergency communications are for all staff in the region and to ensure that correct procedures are followed and respected in terms of the handling, storage and destruction of CUTLASS EXPRESS Classified information in accordance with AFRICOM security policy guidelines.


3.        2020:    GLOBAL RISK INTERNATIONAL (AFRICA).

Regional Counterterrorism Consultant and Advisor, Antiterrorism Expert and Safeguarding Trainer.

Appointed the institutional representative and subject matter expert (SME) And Global analyst of observatory against the terrorist threat and jihadist radicalization (OCATRY) and now am the Certified Antiterrorism Specialist. 
         Duties and Responsibilities.
a. Support the implementation of G.R.I minimum operating security standards (MOSS) (50%) by analyzing, understanding, and relaying information on terrorists groups around the world.
1. Directs, plans, administers and supervise a commands force protection efforts and anti-terrorism training programs.
2. Provides guidance and coordinates units force protection programs, related exercises, and inspections to ensure consistency in policy, doctrine, and tactics.
3. Evaluates and monitors the application of the security policy and procedures within the region;
4. Creates a regional risk assessment, risk treatment plans, monitoring systems, and evaluates the consequences of risk and risk treatment plans;
5. Leads security planning and organizing for missions in the field, particularly in humanitarian settings;
4. Monitors change in context across the region and triggers for mitigation;
5. Provides timely reporting and alerts internally / externally on security issues at the regional, country and programme level;

b.  The purpose of this consultancy is to provide technical advisory as well as design, develop and delivery of series of training activities (on-site and on-line) to a select group of government officials and criminal justice officers on National Referral Mechanism and its implementation on terrorism and their modus operandi. 
1. Conducts command Anti-terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Training and develop and execute ATFP Plans and prepare vulnerability assessments.
2. Instruct personnel in armed sentry and security Reaction Force-basic, tactics, techniques and procedures maintaining the ATFP training programs.
3. Working closely with the command, base, unit, squadron, and ship security officers, disaster preparedness officers, nuclear, biological and chemical defence officers, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, and civilians and Military law enforcement personnel.
4. Provides technical advice and support to the Regional Director, SSA, and occasionally where required to Member Associations on security issues and its likely impact on visiting / embedded staff and programs and provide Government developed and approved AT/FP DCIP Training to the SOF enterprise
C.   Provides early warning updates and mitigation expertise to the Regional Director and the Senior Security Advisor;
1. Provide Antiterrorism and security engineering analysis on the military construction projects.
2. Provide vulnerable Assessments protection Option (VAPO) development and analysis.
3. Performs hazard predictions and assessments.
4. Manage the strategic Mission Assurance Data Risk Management System (MARMS)
5. Conduct risk assessments developed within force pro, or similar, system tool.

4.      2021 JAN – APRIL 2022:   EAST AFRICA POLICE CHIEFS COOPERATION ORGANIZATION (EAPCCO). ARUSHA AND MOSHI POLICE ACADEMY–TANZANIA.


Security Specialist / Training Instructor.

           Duties and Responsibilities.

Delivering training and exercise programs for staff from various units and locations on a broad range of security topics.  Drive the implementation of EAPCCO’s learning strategy with a focus on the delivery of a core curriculum for all EAPCCO  staff regardless of an individual’s geographic location.

To Create Strategic Training and Awareness and to prepare individual EAPCCO staff for travel around the globe and provide them with the tools necessary to stay safe regardless of where they are and also to ensure the readiness of EAPCCO staff to tackle a variety of incidents, by providing such staff with the tools necessary to prepare for any number of events; respond to a variety of events; and recover from such events.

Coordinate, research and employ appropriate methodologies in training and communications in  order to execute training programs that contribute to EAPCCO’s overall security awareness outreach to staff and management.

Support in the development of new security products and deliver both routine and complex training products, as well as addressing needs identified by stakeholders, alongside other Training team members.

Deliver training modules as and when required, with a focus on the East Africa regions’ needs.
