I have 6+ years proven experience in managing large scale and complex health and nutrition, food security and WASH programs from grassroots to national and international arena. I possess good program design, monitoring and reporting skills, having an in-depth understanding of different donors’ rules and regulations concerning proposals, budgets and reporting. I have over six years’ experience in strategic program development, resource mobilization, donor engagement and advocacy. I possess vast experience in multicultural settings, partnerships development, and managing multi-sector donor projects. I have played a key role in encouraging multi-sector approach to programming, supporting partners to design projects in line with the Inter-Cluster Coordination Working Group objectives, which advocates for integrated programming. I have developed integrated health and nutrition, food security education, protection and WASH projects. 

Besides my experience and academic background, I have strong analytical, planning, monitoring, evaluation, capacity building, coordination and managerial skills on overall child health, nutrition, food security and WASH.  I have gained International and National experience in Donor engagement, (ECHO, UNICEF, WFP, USAID BHA, BPRM, BMZ, DFID, and RED CROSS SOCIETIES, DFAT, ANCP, EU). I have good experience in working with consortiums and implementing partners in monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian response projects which has enhanced my confidence in ensuring proper design and implementation of quality projects as per the donor policies and guidelines.  I am currently managing $20 million BHA and EU grants portfolio
