Felix Kipruto

Background

I am Felix Kipruto, a 25 year gentleman brought up and born in Eldoret,Rift Valley Province.My passion in learning much about children and their behaviors has redirected the path of my life and I decided to study Early Childhood education in the university of Eldoret with the main aim and a desire to mould a child to become the best leader and great human beings of society. Solving world's problems to me is by solving Human character and behaviors and this Starts with young Children.

Education

I was lucky to secure primary Education from the year 2000 to 2011 where I scored 364 Mark's in Lelmokwo Academy and transitioned to Lelmokwo High school from the Year 2012 to 2015 where I scored an average of 61 points a B plain, I then transitioned to University of Eldoret where I got my 2nd Class upper Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and primary Education from the year 2016 to 2020.

Leadership

My passion for leadership came up when I was in class 6 when I was appointed a class representative, I was then keen to know what values had the teacher considered in choosing me and found out that good character and hardwork were the major values, I then developed much interest and vied for Deputy president the following year and managed to secure,the next year which was my final year I vied for Sanitation and Health and also managed to secure. During my high school I wasn't much interest untill I was in my third year when I vied for the class representative position which I managed to secure, and my final year I tried the President but I wasn't so successful. In my campus I managed to lead my class for all the four year. Leadership and good governance determines the success of the Nation I therefore yearn  to learn more and also help in moulding tomorrow's Leaders.

Career 

I have been lucky to serve in some institutions as a teacher and other minor roles. In the year 2019 May I attended my teaching practice at Mosoriot Teacher Training college and became a mathematics and science teacher for 3 months. After finishing my studies in Jan 2021 I was lucky again to train Mathematics and Science again in Rockfield School in the upper primary, after that I worked as volunteer teacher from Sep 2021 in Our Lady of Lourdes Educational Center for 2 months and secured a contract job at St Augustine Boys Lodwar as an English/Computer Science teacher to date. I'll be happy joining the Nova pioneer team wich is my dream career.
